Gem On Jewelry offers a 30-day money back guarantee and non-stocking fee for all orders returned. Within 30 days receipt of your order from Gem On Jewelry, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange if the following conditions are met below.
- A returned product or products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- We recommend you purchase appropriate insurance coverage and insure the package for it’s original value. All insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund. Except to the extent required by law, we will not be responsible for the loss of any products that have been sent to us that we do not receive.
- Please include original receipt. Duplicates or copies are not accepted.
- To request a return, please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-888-240-7807, ensure your order number is in the subject line. Give us a brief description of the reason for return such as damage, defect, or just not the right style. Please return the package in its original packaging including gift boxes. Returns that contain missing or damaged gift boxes will be assessed $3.00 USD charge that will be deducted from the refund.
- All products returned are inspected for physical damage, which could have occurred after the product was received such as use of hairspray, chemicals or any misuse of the product including normal wear. Please see our Length and cleaning guide: Length & Cleaning Guide
- If, on delivery, you find any product comprised in your order to be incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us as soon as possible (and in any event within 1 day of delivery of the product to you) by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject area type “Request a Return” or contact us at 1-888-240-7807.
- The original product purchased must not be changed or replaced by another product. Each pearl and mountings are recorded by Gem On according to its’ grade and quality. Any product returned not in its original form will not be refunded.
